Let it Ride or Let Em Ride as some people call it is a fun and unique game offered at many Casinos.  It's a poker themed game where the player places 3 equal bets on the corrisponding spaces. They are then dealt 3 cards with 2 cards placed face down in front of the Dealer. These 2 cards are used by players to complete their hands. So they actualy have a 5 card hand, 3 cards dealt to them and the 2 face down in front of the Dealer. The object of the game is to have the best poker hand using all 5 cards. The Dealer will ask if they want to Let it Ride or pull back bet # 1. The player needs a pair of 10's or better to win. If they have a 3,5 and 8 for example, that is not a good hand so they can pull back and keep bet # 1 of the 3 bets they placed at the beginning of the game. Now they have 2 bets left on the table. If they were dealt a jack and ace, they might consider letting their bet ride, as they have the 2 cards in front of the dealer to use to try and get a pair of 10's or better. The Dealer then flips over the first card and asks again if they want to pull back or Let it Ride. If the flipped card didn't help their hand they would pull back bet #2.  If it did help their hand and gave them a pair of 10's or better, they would let it ride.  The Dealer then turns over the final face down card and there is no more play action. All bets, including bet # 3 must stay on the table. The players then lay down their cards face up. The Dealer pays any winning Poker hand according to the Pay out table on the Layout. A pair of 10's or better wins even mony, 1 to 1. 2 Pair pays 2 times on each bet remaining. So if the player had Let it Ride right from the beginning and they had 2 pair at the end, they would be paid 2 times their bet on all 3 original bets.
